2014 Dodge Dart Performance Information
The SE trim of the 2014 Dodge Dart comes standard with a 2.0L 4-cylinder engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission with the option of a 6-speed automatic. Fuel economy on this trim level is an impressive 29 MPG combined with manual transmission. The Aero trim level features a turbocharged 1.4L 160HP engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. An automated manual transmission is available as an option and, regardless of the transmission option, fuel economy tops out around 40 MPG highway for the Aero trim. The SXT, GT and Limited trims feature a 2.4L 4-cylinder engine that produces 184 HP and 171 lb-ft of torque. Once again, a six-speed manual transmission is standard on the SXT and GT with the optional 6-speed automatic transmission standard on the Limited. With this engine, depending on trim level and options, fuel economy can be as high as 35 MPG on the highway.
